Recently, Dongyue Machinery signed a strategic cooperation agreement with RAY Group, marking the beginning of an in-depth collaboration in the field of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) automated production lines. Headquartered in eastern Uzbekistan, RAY Group is a comprehensive enterprise integrating development, construction, and interior decoration. The project is located in the border region between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, enabling it to supply the aerated concrete product markets in eastern Uzbekistan and western Kyrgyzstan upon completion.

The project adopts Dongyue's new-generation DY4.8 fully automatic block production line, which integrates multiple intelligent systems:

• Intelligent Cutting System: Features automatic wire adjustment, broken wire detection, and automatic waste cleaning functions

• Automatic Packing System: Compatible with both 1.2×1.2 and 1.2×1.0 pallet specifications

• Energy-Saving Mixing System: Achieves energy-saving control through programmed monitoring, reducing daily electricity consumption of the mixing system by 50%

The entire production line operates in fully automatic mode, requiring only 4 operators for the core sections, significantly reducing labor costs and management complexity while ensuring immediate production upon completion.
